Core Design User Message Full module for Joomla! 1.5 enables you to write a personalized message to your users and display it in a Highslide layer or with JavaScript alert window. Extended possibilities:

Message to Joomla! levels - registered, publisher, editor, manager, administrator, super administrator.
Display message on all your websites - configurable in modul administration.
