Y U NO Work in Frontend? 1 Year, 1 Month ago
Dear,

I have installed everything according to a small step by step tutorial.
The problem is on the front end: the question will appear, but if i click it, no answer shows, except everytime i change the date (in backend) it will show. But as soon as i save the article and reload the faq page, the same thing happens again.

Does anyone have some answers for me. I'm not really familiar with technical terms, because im a noob and dutch.

The site is: valeriusincasso.nl/index.php/meest-gestelde-vragen

Thanks in advance,

Alex

I looks like it has to do with the cache, because everytime i do a refresh the question selected appears. How do i fix this?

Hi Alex, your template is generated by Aristeer and there is a second instance of jQuery library on your website:
/templates/valeriusv5/jquery.js
You can try to enable "Cleaners" feature in Scriptegrator plugin configuration and enter the path to the library into the "Custom JS" field.

Also if you believe it's caused by cache, disable it in Joomla! configuration.

Also please note the red box above this forum, especially the point two about commercial templates. Thank you.

Hello - I'm having a similar issue. The slider will open only if I refresh the browser page. I'm using JoomlaShack's Community template (framework). I searched the template folder and found jquery.min.js in this folder: /html/templates/js_wright/js/jquery.min.js ... I enabled the Scriptegrator's Cleaner and enter the path but it still does not work. Is my template not supported by this plugin? This is my 5th attempt at an FAQ slider plugin! Your help would be most appreciated, Daniel. Thanks ~Laurie
