TOPIC: No selectable categories in admin plugin settings

No selectable categories in admin plugin settings 1 Year, 2 Months ago
G'day,

Just installed latest free version of Glossary plugin. Everything has installed ok but when I go to list the Glossary Category in the admin plugin manager I can only type the category in the space - there's no list as displaying in the tutorials. If I do type the category then it is erased as soon as I save the plugin settings.

Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Please make sure you installed Core Design Scriptegrator plugin. Plugin can not work without it.

In case you need more help please send me some admin account to your website so I can check it out myself.

Thank you.

G'day Daniel,

Thanks for the quick reply. Thanks I've install the plugin you refered to and it is now loading the categories.

The new problem I have is that the glossary only appears with a "?". I read that someone else had the same problem in the plugin discussion but I couldn't locate the solution in the forum. Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Andrew

Hi, please send me some link to your demo page. Maybe there is some script conflict. Thank you.

G'day Daniel,

Please have a look at the following link;

Thank you for the link.

Well the default template works fine:
and.id.au/index.php/the-compendium/metho...line?template=atomic

The tooltip is displayed but behind the article area.
To change it, you can try to set "z-index" value in Glossary CSS file:
/plugins/content/cdglossary/css/cdglossary.css

Change line 39. Before:
Code:

padding: 5px;

After:
Code:

padding: 5px;
z-index: 1000;

If does not help, please contact author of your commercial template (RocketTheme). Thank you.

Bye.
