With some hacking with the templates (I can't choose any templates, I have to swap them when I FTP into my hosting site) I got the plugin to work. However, it only works on a single article. If I have a menu displaying 5 articles (Category Blog layout) it will not highlight any words unless I know the direct link to that specific article. Can I do anything to hack this? Thanks!

Hi, that's a correct behavior. Plugin operates on full article only. There is no hack for it. Plugin needs to know the ID of category where the article is stored but that's the info available in full view only, not in category blog. Bye.
