How can I join (renew/upgrade) my membership?

New membership (+ registration)

1. Click on "Members" -> "Login" link in the menu and on "Register " link at this page and make your payment via PayPal.

2. If your payment is successful, login details to access will be sent to your email and your Membership account is activated instantly. This process normally takes less than 5 - 10 minutes.

Upgrade / Renew
Login to your Member Area and upgrade/renew by purchasing the Membership plan as when you first sign up. The membership period will be extended accordingly from the expiration date of your current membership.

I've paid for my membership but not yet received a confirmation e-mail. What's wrong?

There are some cases that your payment is marked as "not successful". For example:

  • You used ECHECK (Paypal)
  • Your Credit card location is different from your IP address
  • You used Proxy to make payment
  • Your payment was flagged as PENDING by Paypal.

 

Note

Many of the larger e-mail providers such as AOL and hotmail use very strict spam filters which may block your registration e-mail from coming through. You may want to add "info(or fin)@greatjoomla.com" to your address book before membership in order to avoid this problem. If you have not received a membership information e-mail within 2 hours of submitting this form, first check your spam e-mail folder and if it's not there then contact us and we'll get your membership completed as quickly as we can.

 

Is my membership renew automatically?

No, your membership can only renewed if you choose to "Upgrade/Renew" button.

When my membership expires, what happens with my licence?

Don't worry. When your membership expires, you can still use our extensions on your domains.

I don't have a PayPal account. How can I pay?

The PayPal gateway supports including all major types of Credit cards.
